Plastic tabletop chains are made of engineering plastic and are connected using stainless steel pins. The plastic tabletop chains constitute a light-weight yet strong and silent alternative to steel chains.
These chains are used mainly in the food and packaging industry for conveying many kinds of containers. For example:PET bottle,PET petaloid bottle,Aluminum and steel can, Cartons, Trays,Packaged products (cartons,shrink packs),Glass, Plastic containers.

820series has 7types of chains ,they have different width.

820 material is POM

POM: That generic polyethylene oxide (abbreviated POM), also known as Race Steel, Special Steel. It is  Based on such as formaldehyde as raw material to 

aggregate income,POM-H (polyoxymethylene homopolymer), POM-K (polyoxymethylene copolymer) is a 

thermoplastic plastic high density, high crystallinity. Has good physical, mechanical and chemical properties, especially those with excellent abrasion performance. 
Feature:

1,POM has a very low coefficient of friction and good geometric stability, particularly suitable for the production of gears and bearings

2.High temperature properties,and therefore is also used pipe device (pipe valves,pump housing), lawn equipment, etc

3,Is a tough elastic material, even at low temperatures are still very good creep properties, geometric stability and impact resistance

4,High crystallinity of POM cause it has a high shrinkage rate, reaching a high of 2% to 3.5%. For a variety of enhanced materials have different shrinkage

modular chains are constructed with modules molded from thermoplastic materials connected with soild plastic rods. Except for narrow chains (one complete

 module or less in width),all are built with the joints between modules staggered with those of adjacent rows in a "bricklayed" fashion. This structure can enhance 

transverse strength and it is easy for maintain.
The total plastic and cleanable design can solve the steel belts easily polluted.Now the cleanable design makes the belts very suitable for food industry area as

Roller Top:used in a variety of low-pressure accumulation applications.
Perforated Flat Top:used when air flow and water flow are critical but the percentage of belt open area must remain low.

But if the user use it in a wrong way, we can not provide any goods for free .
